Here is a brief outline of the Online Sales Manager’s responsibilities.

1: Benelux Web Experience

  • Responsibility over Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg

  • Ensure Website quality & excellent customer experience

  • Measure Global Analytics via dashboards

  • Promote site optimizations & enhancements

2: Business Management

  • Provide direction to demand generation teams & stakeholders

  • Set route targets by revenue, GP and units

  • Create appropriate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

  • Set promotional pricing strategy and plan

3: Business Development and Customer Satisfaction

  • Investigate & determine new revenue streams

  • Create Customer Satisfaction strategies

  • Innovate “Market share growth” plan

  • Attain all top-line financial objectives - Product/Placement/Price/Promotion (4P) experience

  • Strong Understanding of Online Environment & Web platforms (e.g. SAP/Hybris)

  • Sales Background is a big advantage

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is an advantage)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering an advantage

  • Innovative approach to develop growth strategies
