As an Operations Manager you are responsible to oversee, direct and manage different departments of the hotel’s operations at the highest level of excellence under the guidance of the General Manager and within the limits of established local hotel and InterContinental Hotels Group policies and procedures.
Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South opened in December 2011 in a new urban centre devoted to international commerce and knowledge development. The location is unique and nearby Amsterdam Schiphol International Airport, the RAI Convention Center and the city centre are only a few minutes away by public transport.
The hotel features 207 modern rooms, including 16 Club Rooms and 16 Suites.. Guests enjoy a great meal in our Restaurant One o One, meet up in the Manhattan Lounge-Bar to enjoy cocktails or a tasty wine or on one of the Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South hotels two terraces.

- Hotelschool or similar education.
A hospitality professional, who is familiar working in a corporate environment with high service standards and in result driven environment would make a great fit.
You have minimal of 4 years’ experience in an executive position in similar size and classification hotel.
You speak and write Dutch & English fluently
You speak more foreign languages (preferable: French, Italian or Spanish).
You are stress resistant
You have good communication skills.
You have experience in training, leading and motivating employees.
You are cost-consious
You are a teambuilder
You are guest-oriented
You have user knowledge and experience in working with MS Office applications
To have experience with Opera/Fidelio is a pré
Preferrably with the ambition and competences to grow into a hotel managers'role within 2-3 years time to be able to succees one of the current GM's within our company.
