-Drive culture change moving from cost+ to value based pricing on Sector level.

-Develop value based pricing strategy and global policy. • Manage definition & execution of overall harmonization/improvement of processes; enable global tool implementation

-Drives decision making and approval in pricing related processes

-Builds up capability on pricing - Upgrading the capability of the pricing managers in -BG’s and CO’s (functional reports) - Develops trainings – in alignment with X-sector initiatives – on pricing

-Enables sharing of learnings and best practices among BG and CO’s.

-Set/develop the world wide pricing strategy for Sector.

-Sets and maintains the world reference price and the market cluster pricing.

-Builds, maintains and utilizes models to conduct quantitative analysis for price management.

-Develop and execute of the AOP, SR, marketing plan as well as the strategic plan for the Sector.

-Define and coordinate relevant training of marketing and sales.

You manage the global CS pricing of Customer Services. In Customer Service we delight, attract and retain our customers by delivering services and solutions upon the agreed expectations, at the lowest possible delivery cost, through a motivated and agile service force.

You are responsible for

  • Set/develop the worldwide pricing strategy for Customer Service.

  • Set and maintain the world reference price for the different Services portfolios and the market cluster pricing.

  • Build, maintain and utilize models to conduct quantitative analysis for price management.

  • Develop and execute of the AOP, SR, marketing plan as well as the strategic plan for the Sector.

  • Define and coordinate relevant training of marketing and sales.

  • Support CS sales volume.

  • Team leader of Pricing Team. ​

You are a part of

The Global Customer Service Team working with all markets and business groups to drive the success of Customer Service.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Advanced Degree in marketing, Business Administration/Finance or Economics.

  • Deep and extensive experience in Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, Field Marketing or other related commercial function.

  • Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to synthesize facts and insights into concrete, actionable recommendations.

  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Harmonize processes that are needed for/linked to Pricing.

  • Value based pricing skills.

  • Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to synthesize facts and insights into concrete, actionable recommendations.

  • Improve processes that are needed for/linked to Pricing.

  • Experience in services pricing.

  • Global experience in matrix organization.
