Job Description / Information
You mainly will be responsible for the coordination of phone and face-to-face interviews for our Stryker plants in Europe. Therefore, you will be the first contact person for candidates in every step of the recruitment process, also as for the recruiters and hiring managers with whom you will work together very closely.
To attract new talent for Stryker, posting job adverts on internal and external channels will also be part of your daily routine.
In this position, you Complete Contracts of Hire & New Hire Paperwork.
Maintain online filing system for CVs, Job Descriptions etc.
Liaise with Recruitment Agencies.
Arrange transport and accommodation for candidates where necessary.
Process invoices and expense claims for candidate travel.
Support Talent Acquisition Team in Projects.
Complete reference checks.
Track employee Referrals.
Support with Intern, Co-Op and Graduate Recruitment.
Minimum Third level qualification, preferably in HR. Working towards a HR qualification is desirable.
Minimum of 2 year’s HR/Recruitment administration experience, preferably in a related environment.
Excellent attention to detail also as strong organizational skills and the ability to take a proactive approach to work.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Eager to learn, with initiative and self-motivation.
You hold strong PC skills, such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English, Dutch and preferable French
