Jeppesen Technical Consultant in Amsterdam, Netherlands

For the EFPAC support team, we are currently looking to recruit a Technical Consultant.



*You will be a key part of the Support team for our software providing management services and planning of aircraft fleets and engines that are in use with airlines and leasing companies around the world. *



Your responsibility will be to support the customers using EFPAC on a day to day basis, being airlines/ MRO’s and engine manufacturers. In this role you will be testing and validating of software changes and writing specifications for new features in EFPAC.



You will be expected to lead implementation project for new customers and consultancy projects with regards to the use and configuration of the software. In this role you will help manage and develop training content. This will include frequent travel abroad.



The software has been in development for many years and is a large and complex system; you will be expected to gain an understanding of how it works and what it does for users to allow you to give important contributions to the future design of the software.

Key accountabilities:

Customer relations:

  • Primary contact for 3 or more accounts

  • Backup of other team members primary accounts

  • Management of service desk requests

  • Management client data in EFPAC

  • Lead implementation/consultancy projects

Product development:

  • Enhance training content for support

  • Testing and validation of software changes

  • Specification new features EFPAC

  • Qualifications Experience & Skills

  • Aeronautical Engineering degree or 5-7 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry

  • Fluent in English / Good communication skills

  • Microsoft Office skills
