We are offering an outstanding opportunity for a Dutch speaking User Experience Designer.
We are looking for a medior UX designer to design, communicate and shape how users interact with our products. You will be part of the UX team for our successful XpertHR and Nextens brands which deliver data services and cloud applications to HR and fiscal professionals ( www.xperthr.nl at http://www.xperthr.nl/ ,www.nextens.nl). In addition, you will work with a range of departments, evangelizing the importance of UX throughout the business and creating deliverables that will help us to build products that deliver great user experiences, both national and international. You will be based in Amsterdam as part of a team consisting of four other UX colleagues with external researchers and designers where needed.
Your role will include:
Running creative workshops and brainstorm sessions to gather requirements with internal stakeholders and/or end-users.
Running user research and usability testing to validate designs and update designs based on customer feedback.
Identifying user goals, user journeys and information architecture for web/software/mobile app interfaces.
Analysis, presentation and documentation of research results to all stakeholders.
Creating low-fidelity sketches and wireflows to demonstrate how users could interact with products.
Creating detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to evolve product design.
Close collaboration with RBI colleagues in six scrum teams at Product Development.
Collaborating with (among others) product owners, customer service, content creators and upper management.
Coaching interns, Jr. UX designers and projects handled by external parties.

Qualifications and experience requirements
Empathy for users and passion for helping to create new digital products
At least 2 years of experience in UX (both research and design).
A Bachelor degree or higher qualification in a related discipline is desirable e.g. product design, graphic design, interaction design, usability, HCI, user experience. Candidates from other backgrounds are encouraged if you can demonstrate that you have design skills and interest.
Passionate about User Experience.
Excellent communication and team work skills.
A thorough understanding of UX design methodologies and trends.
Excellent ability to run various types of research sessions, design or research sprints and translate the results into successful designs.
Experience with qualitative user research, analytics and A / B testing.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with design software such as Axure, Adobe XD, Balsamiq or similar.
A portfolio showing examples of your work throughout the entire design process.
Experience in a related field such as HR, finances or accounting is a big plus!
RBI offers a good set of primary and secondary labour conditions including a fixed 13th month, profit share, 34 days holidays and two days a year to spend on charity work. Of course a laptop and smartphone are provided.
