The Supply Planning team is part of the Amgen Breda Supply Chain and coordinates and plans the operational activities for the Amgen Breda Site. The team is responsible for managing the short, medium and long term plans for incoming supplies, production, warehouse and QA activities.

In this role you keep oversight on the short term detailed schedulng in order to ensure supply to 75 markets in Europe, Turkey, Middle East and Africa Regions. You work closely with many stakeholders and departments like Manufacturing, Warehouse, Demand Planning and QA. In addition, you will contribute to improvement initiatives to optimize Amgen Breda's Supply Chain in terms of responsiveness, reliability and stability.

The number of products, volumes and complexity are increasing significantly over time. This is a great opportunity and needs to be managed by the Supply Planning team.

There is a Lean transformation program in place to ensure a more responsive and agile Supply Chain.

Minimal requirements:

Bachelor degree (HBO) in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business Administration

ERP or SAP knowledge/experience (Plan-to-Stock, inventory management, capacity planning)

Experience in using MS Office (i.e. Excel, Access, Powerpoint , Word etc.)

Fluent in Dutch and English, both good oral and written communication skills

Good Analytical and Problem Solving skills

Preferred requirements:

Experience in project management

Experience in an international complex organization

Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices

Experience in pharmaceutical or similar regulated environment

Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing tools (Lean / JIT / 6 Sigma / FMEA / RCA)
