YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Manage European Finance Internship Program : University relationships, recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding
Create role/team profiling and competency grids
Strategize employee role rotation: Identify promotion opportunities that produce well balanced experiences
Devise and manage employee engagement initiatives
Assist leadership throughout talent review process
Exceptional communication Skills (English) – written, public, and interpersonal
Analytical ability, Intellectual Curiosity, Creativity, Flexibility, Energy, and Drive
Leadership experience from college or previous employment
Start Date: Preferably August 2017
Duration: 6 Months
Candidates must be enrolled in a university and be eligible to work/live in the Netherlands
