Working in HR involves partnering with various Business Leaders to address the business' main needs, develop top talent and ensure the business is properly staffed. Within HR it is important that our values are effectively communicated and implemented and that good relations are built with Associates and Leaders alike. Alternatively you could find yourself working in our centers of expertise such as Payroll, Staffing and Recruitment or Compensation and Benefits located across Europe.

Within our Human Resources Department, your role is to support our internal clients, especially in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, administration and payroll.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the operational side of HR topics across the various business units
Acting as subject matter expert on all key HR activities, including recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, payroll, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement and change management
Take the lead in the monthly payroll process.
Support the local team in editing contracts, addendums and other correspondence
Benefits administration: direct the processing/enrolment of employees in appropriate benefit plans on a timely basis; follow-up as needed
SAP HR administration
Map and attract the best talent in the market to support the company´s growth strategy. This means being responsible for the talent acquisition process – coordination and management of recruitment activities (posting job openings internal and external, interviews and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives in the Netherlands
Processing and maintaining organization and associate updates in our internal tools and systems
Contributing to the development and improvement of local HR processes, systems and procedures
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management (mandatory)
1-3 years HR work experience within a service organization of a multinational company environment
Proven experience in Compensation, Benefits & Payroll (mandatory)
knowledge of country labor laws, rules, regulations and obligations
PC literate and numerate
Excellent in organizational and time-management skills
Takes personal accountability and initiative and strong problem solving skills
Self-driven and goal oriented with the ability to multitask, back by a high level of accountability and follow through to closure
Demonstrates ability to work within a team environment
Ability to work at a fast pace
DUTCH speaker and fluent in English – both verbally and in writing
