Your challenge

As a Finished Goods Inventory & Demand Planner you will be challenged to and responsible

for designing & implementing Finished Goods (FG) strategy towards optimizing Finished

Goods inventory. Your key challenge is to ensure slow moving, obsolete inventory reduction

in Market. Next to this you are for developing and driving customer-12NC based demand

plans to enable the market to meet Sales & Service Objectives. You lead Market S&OP

process with General Management, Sales, Marketing and Finance to underpin ROFO. You

continuously adapt/optimize Demand Plans in line with Customer & Product dynamics.

Your responsibilities

Operational

· Executes Finished Good strategy

· Ensures balance between Demand & Supply and takes up prompt corrective actions

where required

· Manages daily stock & availability at 12NC level, GMR

· Ensures process/data consistency

· Manages / converts purchase requisitions (and other requirements) in SAP, Review

and manage MRP signals

· Drives Slow moving, obsolete reduction in the Markets

· Maintains Purchase Orders on internal factories, external suppliers, Supply Planning

(For multiple suppliers).

· Drives Portfolio health across markets – ABC

· Manages Phase In / Phase Out materials in Systems for commercial Stock points

· Executes and reviews allocation to Markets/Countries in case of supply constraints

· Drives customer based demand planning

· Responsible for 18 mth rolling 12nc forecast (QXP).

· Executes on channel inventory targets through VMR

· Leads Project forecasting based on sales pipeline - Continuously

· Demand confirmations review with Supply Planning (Jointly with FG planning)

· Execute the PIPO process for planning in the Market. (Marketing accountable)

· Takes corrective action plan for slow moving and obsolete stocks

Financial

· Aligns, deploys & delivers FG inventory targets

· Inventory health

· Identifies risks & opportunities to the financial plans

· Drives FG inventory health through forecast quality. Own slow moving reduction

· Integrates channel inventory into Demand Planning

Customer

· Delivers best in class Customer Service through on time in full product availability

· Adapts & improves Service offer based on market requirements

· Executes customer collaboration programs

· Delivers best in class Customer Service through on time in full product availability

People

· Manages performance of the function & Builds capabilities

Your team

You will be part of the Market Group Europe within Philips Lighting where you’ll work within a

highly professional and ambitious team of supply chain specialists. Your role is based in

Eindhoven (High Tech Campus).

We are looking for

· Bachelor degree in operations/business or a related discipline

· Experience in Supply Chain Management/ Commercial/business operational roles in

a fast paced technology company

· Experience in Global demand planning, forecasting or Sales & Operations related

functions

· Proven capability to rapidly understand, use and drive improvements in new

processes/systems

· Deep working knowledge of SCM processes, Systems, forecasting and demand

planning, sales and operations planning, distribution and related concepts

· Proven ability in designing and executing business processes around customer

needs

· Proven track record of delivering functional improvements with financial outcomes

· Furthermore you have Inventory management and related SCM skillset, you drive

Operational Excellence, act with speed & execution mindset.

· You possess strong stakeholder management across the value chain and

understand commercial/industrial/ consumer markets, customers and

services/products.
