Philips Internship: Event Planner (No thesis possible) in Eindhoven, Netherlands

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Operate in the heart of Campus Recruitment Benelux, supporting the Campus team visiting Events organized by Universities.

You are responsible for

  • Maintaining the Recruitment Events mailbox

  • Determine with the Campus team which events we need to attend

  • Plan and execute of the graduate recruitment events

  • Contact and maintain the relationships with universities regarding collaborations, branding and events with support of the campus recruiters

  • The financial administration (Purchase Orders and P-Card transactions)

  • Report status of events organization to Campus team

  • Preparation of events; e.g. printing badges, binders, ordering catering, registration of visitors

You are a part of

Of the Benelux Talent Acquisition Campus team situated in Eindhoven. The team consists of a EMEA Head of Campus Recruitment, Benelux Head of Campus Recruitment, 2 Campus Recruiters and one Intern supporting the team with the Benelux internship program.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Studying towards your Bachelor degree in;

  • Business Administration

  • Communications

  • Project Management

  • Fluent in oral and written Dutch and English

  • Flexible, accurate and self-propelling

  • Proficient in working with MS Office (Excel, Outlook)

In return, we offer you

The opportunity to correspond with all our university relations and setup and maintain a strong communication channel with them. You will be in the center of Campus Recruitment Benelux.

We prefer students able to start per September 2017 and available for at least 6 months, longer period can be discussed. The internship position is not suitable for thesis.
