Philips Lighting Internship: Learning and Change Management in Eindhoven, Netherlands

Your Responsibilities

The separation from Royal Philips, the different scale and size of the standalone organization and a rapid changing business environment continue to transform the key competences we need to focus on for success. The Learning organization will organize, support and maintain this core and critical competence/capability in learning and create learning & development options that fit with all generations, with fit for future supporting tools and minimum customization (preferring off the shelf offering/outsourcing). We will implement a personalized learning tool that supports social learning and experiential learning, brings content from online and internal learning platforms, and will enable employees to capture their learning experiences that create competence in our organization. This initiative will make the ’70-20-10’ learning model more tangible and strengthen the learning especially on the non-class room and informal learning activities, such as social and experiential learning.
