IT Manager Data & Voice Networks
As IT Manager Data & Voice Networks you will lead the global Data & Voice Network team consisting of Service Managers, Solution Engineers and Network / Telecom specialists. You will be responsible to ensure operational reliability of the Data & Voice platforms; and to drive our organization forward in terms of innovative technologies that enhance our competitive position and help drive further cost-optimizations.

You will be part of the IT Operations Leadership Team. This team is responsible to lead & manage our global IT Operations department in terms of operational reliability, delivering services to internal users & businesses and external customers, and is the catalyst for new innovations.
Your key areas of responsibility are
Ensure operational reliability of Data & Voice platforms
Enabling the team, and the organization, to translate ideas & Innovations into practice
Building strong relationships with other departments, our business entities and vendors
Leading your own team and the IT Operations organization as part of the Leadership team

We are looking for
For this role we are looking for an ambitious and motivated candidate, with the right combination of competencies, experience and potential to grow.
You have a Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Business Management or related discipline with a minimum of 6-8 years working experience in an IT organization of comparable size and portfolio;
3-5 years’ experience of building & leading a multidisciplinary & global team, and developing its talents;
3-5 years’ experience with, and a profound understanding of, data & voice technologies and platforms;
2-3 years’ experience with strong stakeholder & supplier management.
You have profound knowledge of business and IT organizations, business processes, data & voice technologies, and how innovations are turned into practice.
Finally, you have proven ability to lead teams through complexity and or situations of change.
