Test your Skills

As a Service Desk associate, you will guide and direct the total process flow between customer and the repair center from beginning to end. This means providing information to our national and international partners and customers before, during and after the repair or calibration stage, such as: information on delivery time, shipping information, service prices etc. In the event of complaints of customers, you will deal with these with respect to service activities.

You are responsible for keeping the service management system up to date with customer and agreement information. When you signal a possible sales or service leads you may pass these on to our sales team. In all this, your goal is to establish a long-term relationship with our customers.

Qualifications:

Measure your ability

We are currently seeking people with MBO level or equivalent in experience. Minimal 2 years previous experience in a customer service position is preferred. You must be fluent in English, German - Dutch is a plus- not a must. You should have the ability to recognize and anticipate potential problems and commercial opportunities, have good communication skills, both oral and written and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
