As part of the senior leadership team of TWDM makes a significant contribution to the development of the overall TWDM strategy

Mange the creation of the Workforce Buy Strategy model

Mange the creation & implementation of the manager Decision Tree

Provision of relevant Data & Analytics to support the TWDM strategy and Workforce Buy model

Functional leadership for TWDM systems

Responsible for other projects as required in the TWDM portfolio

You will have extensive experience with Recruitment and Contingent Worker delivery either from a TA or Procurement perspective

You will have a proven track record with data analysis, Business Intelligence and strong affinity with databases and data management in general.

You will have in depth experience of building rule-based decision support tools using complex data sets from multiple sources

Experience with project management is highly preferred. Possibly you are an IT or Six Sigma expert with an interest in HR.

Likely to have a Bachelor degree in Economics, IT, Engineering or other business / technology related fields. A background in Six Sigma / Lean methodologies is a plus, but not required.

Furthermore, to be successful in this role you must have:

  • Ability to build & manage relationships with senior stakeholders, strong customer focus

  • Excellent analytical skills in combination with a pragmatic approach. Able to analyse, interpret and present data in a meaningful and effective way

  • Good PC skills – particularly Excel & powerpoint

  • Solid planning and organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Take up this new role and be part of the senior leadership team of TWDM (Total Workforce Demand Management) and lead, develop and roll-out the workforce buy strategy and and make a significant contribution to building the global contingent workforce demand management. This includes the creation of a scenario planning model, to provide insight and scenarios to the business and TA management.

Your ultimate goal is to deliver a total hire strategy focused on agility and value through creation of a holistic workforce demand management program, to include, employees, interim workers, and freelancers.

  • Managing the creation & implementation of the manager Decision Tree

  • Provision of relevant Data & Analytics to support the TWDM strategy and Workforce Buy model

  • Functional leadership for TWDM systems

  • Other meaningful (global) projects as required in the TWDM portfolio

You are a part of

An extensive background in data modelling for Talent Acquisition purposes, within a similar blue chip company.
