The EMEA QA Governance Team is responsible for cross regional oversight on Quality related performance reporting. Within this team we are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Data Analyst.
A Day in the Life
In this role you contribute to the governance of the multiple Quality Systems in the EMEA region by, analyzing data from Quality related data sources (CAPA, Audit, Change Control, Employee training, etc) and draw conclusions and visualize them for the stakeholders.
Based on the analyses and conclusions you will work together with Process owners and Quality management system representatives to maintain and improve the multiple Quality Systems. Next to this you will participate in specific projects and have the opportunity to expand your activities with Quality Assurance engineering tasks.
You are expected to work independently on your tasks and work together with system administrators. You will be part of the Quality Team
Your main tasks and responsibilities include:
Setup reporting strategies / explore new reporting possibilities.
Work together with system administrators to enable them to run reports.
Analyzing data, identify trends/conclusions
Visualize analysis trends/conclusions as input for process owners and Quality management representatives.
Participate in specific projects
Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Health Policy, Statistic, Business or similar.
Strong Analytical skills.
Excellent Excel/Microsoft office skills
Relevant working experience in data analysis and visualization of conclusions
Good communication skills, spoken and written in Dutch and English
Experience with implementation of Quality Management Systems and/or knowledge of QA system tools (Trackwise, Agile) is an advantage.
To be successful in this role, you have strong analytical and excellent Excel skills. Besides a strong passion for analytics and continuous improvement, you show a hands-on and result oriented approach. You are a distinct team player, who’s able to build relationships with colleagues. Managing several tasks, priorities and projects at once poses no problem for you and you can work well under pressure. You have outstanding communication skills and can read, express and report in Dutch and English. These skills enable you to drive improvements and tackle possible resistance.
