As a Sales intern at Converse you will provide vital support to the field and key account sales teams in Europe. You will get a 360 degrees overview of the GTM processes within a territory in Converse. Your responsibilities will include:
Support the Commercial Director on the delivery of successful key account sales plans which includes managing communication flow within departments and compiling sell through and scorecard reports on a regular basis;
Manage building PowerPoint presentations and external engagement;
Assist on the ground with the activation of events;
Showroom management to ensure seasonal key account planning meetings can be executed;
Be linkage between sales, brand, merchandising and finance.
3rd/4th year student within Business, Marketing, Digital, Fashion, or other related fields;
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word);
Strong writing skills, being able to add the Converse flair to standard storytelling;
Confident and creative personality;
Readiness to learn and be thrown in at the deep end and ability to self-supervise and be proactive;
Academic, volunteering or previous internship experiences related to Sales are a plus (please include in your CV);
Passion for music, fashion, sport, skate, and/or art.
In order to be eligible for an internship, you must :
Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution);
Have an EU passport or an EU work permit.
Start date: February 1st, 2018
Duration: 6 - 12 months
This internship is open to students outside of the Netherlands.
