We are looking for a Business Developer Panel Builders a personal drive to contribute to the overall Schneider growth plan for the region of South of Netherlands (below A12). You will report to the Channel Sales Manager Partners & Eco Expert.

Mission of the role

As a Business Developer Panel Buildersyour role is to increase the network of panel builders network to become a certified partner of Schneider Electric.In this role you work closely with the sales teams of Installers and OEM.

Your responsibilities:

  • Revenue growth within panel builders

  • Develop, maintain and secure relationships and (technical) knowledge

  • Execute actions / programs based on channel strategy

  • Work closely together with Commercial Excellence team (Offer & Launch Management)

  • Structure the Go To Market approach to avoid channel conflicts

Required qualifications and skills:

  • A completed Bachelor or Master Technical degree, with the specialism in Electrical Engineering;

  • A minimum work experience of 3-4 years in an outside sales role within a fast moving B2B/ Commercial organisation;

  • Hunter and Organizational skills to increase panel builder network;

  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate with different customer groups and departments;

  • Self-starter to independently fulfill this autonomous role;

  • Relational Sales to increase business at current panel builders;

  • Native Dutch speaking and very good in written and spoken English;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
