About The Opportunity
In this role, your challenge would be to develop, maintain and optimize the product spectrum of Aircraft Programs. You will be responsible for product definition, contract management, asset management and risk management. You will drive, support and trigger various departments within the supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction, service excellence and profitability of Aircraft Programs.

Fokker Services offers Aircraft Programs that provide integrated logistics solutions for various aircraft platforms. These programs provide guaranteed product availability and repair services for aircraft components. To ensure service excellence, the program’s product scope and the financial structure are tailored to meet specific customer requirements. To embark on our growth ambitions we are looking for a dedicated professional to strengthen our team.
You will be part of the Aircraft Programs team. This team consists of product managers that work closely together with Operations, Procurement, Business Development, and Marketing & Sales to manage and develop Aircraft programs. You will be based in Hoofddorp and report to the Team Lead Aircraft Programs.
You are responsible for:
Managing and developing Aircraft Programs;
Driving customer satisfaction, service excellence and profitability;
Supporting the operational implementation of new contracts;
Utilizing market intelligence effectively;
Identifying and developing the product/service portfolio for Aircraft Programs;
Supporting Business Development and Marketing & Sales with regards to the product offerings;
Maintaining and developing reporting tools used for Aircraft Programs;
Reporting turnover and gross margin of products and contracts within Aircraft Programs;
Effective stakeholder management.
Your skills and competencies are:
Master (TU) degree or equivalent by experience. e.g. Aerospace Engineering, IT etc.;
Knowledge of airline industry, aircraft systems, aircraft components, logistic concepts;
Proficient in process performance management;
Excellent data management skills; Analyzing data, with the ability to use data effectively;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbally and written in English;
Experienced in business case writing;
Basic knowledge of financial management;
Strong people skills as well as a results-driven attitude when influencing stakeholders;
Willingness and ability to travel.
