You will manage the efficient and effective running of Professional Services within the Technical Service business. Working closely with a team of engineers managing systems, financial operations, and internal business process. You will have responsibility for client billing, project scheduling, administration of the ticketing system, and ad hoc projects to support Technical Services.

Essential Functions:

  1. Manage daily project scheduling and consultant resourcing. Serve as primary support liaison between company and customer.

  2. Manage complete client billing process weekly and monthly.

  3. Validate and approve partner expenses and maintain partner expense master file.

  4. Manage skills inventory for the Professional Services organization.

  5. Facilitate services sales process/requests through collaboration with delivery team, Finance, contracts, and other functional groups.

  6. Focal point for continuous process improvement.

  7. Complete ad hoc projects and support as needed.

  8. Source for new contractors and vendors to gap fill technical capabilities

  9. Build and maintain a TPP (third party provider) management system

  10. Manage TTP account set up and Master Service Agreements.

  11. Other projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of IT industry experience such as Cisco technical support operations, supporting small to medium sized networks.

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks, and prioritize multiple projects.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.

  • Knowledge of business practices and procedures related to Cisco products and technical service operations.

  • Ability to make sound decisions and judgments.

  • Excellent organization and time management skills.

  • Experience working with management and well-versed in the practices and demands of progressive and evolving Services organizations.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Sales Force, search engines and other software applications such as Oracle and CSR Ticketing systems such as ZenDesk.

  • Must be flexible and able to work occasional overtime as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems

  • Industry Project Management scertification

  • Prince2

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
