And here s the exciting part - we are looking for a Guest Service Team Leader who is passionate about W, passionate about style and innovation and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences the W way.
As a Guest Service Team Leader you will be reporting to the Welcome Office Manager and will play a vital role in the success of the opening of the first W hotel in Amsterdam.
You are responsible for supervising the Whatever/Whenever and Insider talent to ensure a warm, welcoming and witty experience is had by all guests and to ensure all requests are approached with a Whatever Whenever attitude and that all talent provide a service WOW.
Also responsible for helping to drive the Whatever Whenever service philosophy throughout the hotel.
The ideal candidate for this role has extensive experience in supervising a department in a high end, lifestyle kind of environment. You are passionate about the W brand and are eager to show the W lifestyle to the guests. You have a natural affinity to styling trends. You have an exceptional knowledge of Amsterdams the Places to be . You remain 'in the know' at all times. You have an eye for detail and do not accept mediocre as a standard, you always strive for perfection. You have excellent people skills and have an upbeat, positive attitude to work and life. You are creative and always think of new ways of doing things, you embrace change.
- MBO / HBO Degree (Preferably in Hotel Management)
- Minimum of one-year experience in the same or similar role team leader
- Fluency in English & Dutch
- Experience in the Hotel Industry as Guest Service Center Agent and team leader is a must
- Experience in Luxury Segment is an advantage
