An opportunity to join the EMEA Oracle Managed Cloud Services Sales Team and take a leading role in Cloud Computing.
Oracle Managed Cloud Services (OMCS) is one of the fastest growing business units within Oracle. It leverages Oracle’s strength as the premier Enterprise Software provider to deliver applications in a new and innovative Cloud Computing paradigm.
Develop and close Managed Cloud Services opportunities to yield revenue in line with targets
Develop and actively grow a sales opportunities pipeline
Accurately forecast against plans and targets
Develop individual Account Plans based on analysis of growth opportunities and customer success milestones
Drive and align the Client buying cycle with OMCS sales goals
Identify key decision makers and influencers at all levels within an opportunity
Manage and lead sales/bid process including internal X-Line of Business alignment within the opportunity
Create compelling value propositions with robust ROI and clear business value articulation
Work with, and influence the activities of Oracle Partners as necessary
Negotiate contracts, liaising with internal & external commercial services & approvals
.Act as an ambassador for Oracle OMCS at clients
Develop & maintain relationships with key decision makers in allocated accounts
Develop and manage client relationships in order to maximise client business value and the return for Oracle Managed Cloud Services
Maintain an understanding of competitive activity relevant to designated accounts
Maintain an understanding of Oracle OMCS direction, product set and services relevant to both Transition and Greenfield sales
Excel at all areas of business development and sales, i.e. communication, presentations, proposal writing and strategic selling
Develop close relationships with other Oracle Lines of Business, particularly with the License Sales Organization and Local Country Management Teams
Possess boardroom competence and credibility
Proven ability to successfully lead and execute the full sales cycle on complex IT services and outsourcing deals
Proven track record of multiple sales target overachievement and Sales Club participation
Significant experience in both leading and coordinating Deal Pursuit Teams (including solution, pricing, delivery, contract, legal and 3 rd Party resources), as well as working with minimum support to win business
Experience in successfully joint selling with both internal and external partner organizations
Strong Territory Management Skills, including account assessment & targeting, lead follow-up, cold calling, account development and qualification
Ability to effectively develop, negotiate and close at the “CXO” level
Working knowledge of Service Level Agreements, ARC’s and RRC’s, and Risk Mitigation Strategies
Familiarity with market-leading ERP, CRM and EPM software solutions
Excellent experience in Senior sales roles with proven track record of success
Experience selling across Verticals
Good industry experience and a successful track record of solution-selling model
A strong background in customer and market penetrations across the Netherlands
Excellent English both Spoken and written is essential for this role. (Fluency in English is required for this role)

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
