Within our Global Client and Compute Solutions (GCCS) business at Dell, we are looking for an Alliance Manager to manage a portfolio of System Integrators and Strategic Alliance partners as part of our Global Alliances organisation in the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities - Supports strategic partnerships with Global Alliance partners to provide product and service offerings to potential and existing clients - Identifies and qualifies opportunities to leverage the strategic relationship. - Researches, designs and delivers moderately complex value-based business solutions that meet exact customer-specified requirements. - Clearly understands and articulates Go to Market suite information, creative product-based business solutions, and future product direction and strategy. - Interfaces with clients and third party to develop broader alliances and identify additional opportunities for Dell solutions. - Effectively aligns and utilizes all available internal and external resources around the world - Gains insider status with key stakeholders and senior/CXO level to influence the customers buying process - Creates superior relationships with senior level executives and influential stakeholders to sustain a long-term relationship - Has boardroom/executive presence - Accomplished sales professional, contributing beyond self, sought out by others
Essential Requirements - 5+ Years of selling experience, preferably with Global Alliance partners across multiple routes to market.
Viewed as a trusted business advisor to the Global Alliance partners across our Enterprise technology, products and service solutions
Uses in-depth knowledge of DellEMCs GCCS technology, products and services to help customers & partners formulate strategy and direction
Builds a high performing team around a common goal or vision
Engages cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/meet customer needs of global accounts
Ability to convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help business partner making buying decision
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within department and across function/regions.
