Overview:

Rambus' Bell ID is the mobile payments company for card issuers to safely bring cards onto the mobile devices of their customers. Its certified and award-winning management software integrates with Mobile Pay solutions and independent mobile wallets to allow end-users to ‘tap & pay’ via NFC smartphones and wearables.

Responsibilities:

Your job

You will become part of our innovative product development team that is able to load, personalize and activate content on devices securely and block content in case of lost, stolen, replacement or change of for example handsets. As a Business Analyst you are responsible for the functional side of the projects: you develop the functional specifications and translate these into solution requirements. You are involved from the start of the project and sometimes with pre-sales. You will work closely together with Project Managers, Software Developers and external clients. The Business Analyst reports directly to the CTO. Your place of work is in Rotterdam; some travelling could be involved. For this role we are looking for candidates within the EU countries and preferable located in The Netherlands.

Qualifications:

Your knowledge

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Computer Engineering or Applied Computer Science) with at least 3-5 years of experience within the NFC industry. Ideally you have good knowledge of Global Platform Messaging for Mobile NFC, HCE, EMV and software architecture. You are able to translate the client’s requirements into design and final software solutions. You are able to provide advice to the test team for the creation and implementation of test cases. You are experienced in leading functional discussions with clients and manage software developers at functional level; furthermore you feel at ease when giving presentations and delivering milestones according to the project plan. You have experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
