Executing assigned work orders, often under the direction and guidance of centralized services, to provide local intervention to assure SLA logistics targets are sustained.

Providing superior customer service experience utilising effective communication techniques.

Monitoring and recommending changes in Desktop Service lifecycle configuration to enhance the customer experience.

Support team members through collaborative actions to enhance the customer experience.

Perform corrective actions, under direction of the Section Head, to support Problem and Configuration Management for CIS Assets.

Contribute to recommendations to the Continued Service Improvement, and/or procurement processes for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of approved equipment.

Perform other duties within the NCI Agency’s area of business as may be required


A Bachelor's Degree combined with training in Supply, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.

At least 5 years of experience in all processes of Logistics and Supply Chain Management within a military / defence environment.

Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.

Hands on, flexible, team player, attention to detail, task/deadline oriented, customer focus, responsible and works with minimum supervision.

Knowledge of relevant defence logistics regulations.

Microsoft systems knowledge.

Knowlege of Air Command and Control (AirC2) systems and technology in NATO or national defence environment.

Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements.

Must have a minimum of an active Secret or SC clearance.


Prefereed candidates living in the EU.

Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organisation, including ACO and ACT.

Practical experience in the use of PC-based NATO resource management tools.

Practical experience in the use of working with ORACLE Database software or equivalent.
