The Oracle EMEA Customer Success Organisation – comprising Cloud Architects, Cloud Adoption Services, Customer Success Management, and Oracle Consulting teams – is positioned to offer customers new, broader end to end consulting service.
EMEA Cloud Adoption Services help customers to understand the impact and realise the value of their investment in Oracle Cloud Solutions now and in future cloud innovations. The Cloud Adoption Team works with our customers across the lifecycle of their Oracle Cloud investment, supporting our customers to prepare for success in the cloud during the sales process, determine the strategy and approach for implementation and partnering with our clients to establish an operating model for success in managing and maintaining their Cloud solution as well as successfully establishing and embedding model for continued innovation in the Cloud.
Roles and Responsibilities
Working with our customers to identify their business drivers and objectives that are coreto their business case as well as assess the customer’s readiness to adopt their Cloud solution
Defining approaches and priorities of Oracle Cloud solution delivery
Leading and managing the assessment of business impacts – people, process, technology - arising as a result of Oracle Cloud solution implementation—and identifying appropriate mitigations for impacts
Support the development of Oracle Cloud governance across IT and business teams
Enable the customer’s own Cloud Adoption capabilities and provide support to business stakeholders; coaching; facilitation of workshops and training sessions
Provide assessments of Cloud Adoption and Value realisation; providing options and recommendations to further deliver value from the Oracle Cloud solutions
Support the development of assets and collateral for use across our project deliveries and sales support activities
Support the development of Cloud Adoption thought leadership and articles for marketing internally and externally
Support the development of cross business relationships and develop ways of working across the EMEA Customer Success Organisation
Build networks across Oracle to broaden the take-up of CAS services, helping to achieve a goal of CAS being integral to every consulting services deal
Support the growth and development of the CAS team across EMEA and development of team members on an individual basis
We are looking for candidates with the ability to bridge stakeholder discussions across functions – HR, Finance, Technology, Business Operations
Candidates should have a background in HR transformation or a demonstrable interest and understanding of the HR Function and the use of technology as a catalyst for change
Previous experience of Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM products is beneficial but not a pre-requisite, product knowledge can be learnt
5 years’ relevant experience, encompassing;
Business consulting project delivery
Leading small to mid-sized projects with limited oversight
Support of pre-sales opportunities and responding to requests for proposals and information
HR function / industry experience
Background / qualification in HR
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Responsible for championing successful delivery of cloud solutions portfolio through effective project leadership and thought leadership to help Oracle's global clients navigate their journey to the cloud. Manage the development and implementation of the cloud solution and partner with clients to establish an operating model for success in the maintenance of the cloud solution as well as embedding a model for continued innovation in the Cloud.
Leads mid-size, moderately complex projects with limited oversight. Responsible for gathering the data to develop a business plan in assessing the client's readiness to adopt their cloud solution. Defines approaches and priorities of Oracle Cloud solution delivery. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Conducts complex needs assessment and requirements gathering directly with clients on business impacts - people, process, technology arising as a result of Oracle Cloud solution implementation. Support the development of cross business relationships. Support the development of Oracle Cloud governance across IT and business teams. Develop assets and collateral for purposes of coaching, training, facilitating workshops for business stakeholders on own Cloud Adoption capabilities and evangelism marketing. Participates in business development activities. Identifies and manages process improvements and program enhancements throughout the lifecycle of the project delivery. Assesses the cloud adoption and value realization and provide recommendation to further deliver value for the Oracle cloud solutions.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Proactive with attitude to change. Ability to learn quickly and support the Cloud Adoption team in strategic consulting projects. Proven attitude to work in a virtual team environment. Experience using or implementing Oracle SaaS applications. Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with team members and clients. 6-8 years relevant work experience in business and IT including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. BA/BS degree in relevant specialty (IT, Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business) preferred.
