Oracle Customer Experience SaaS
The Oracle Customer Experience SaaS team is responsible for successfully implementing the Oracle Customer Experience Solutions for our clients. Our goal is to ensure a fast and successful implementation thereby resulting is annual recurring revenue (ARR) expansion with the client. The team culture is one of quality, respect, professionalism and results. The Customer Experience team is responsible for consulting for Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Policy Automation, Oracle Social Cloud, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud and Oracle CPQ Cloud.
We are looking to add to the team a Junior Consultant who has technical skills, but also an understanding of solutions, business processes, or technology design and an ambition to specialize further within the Customer Experience domain. The Consultant will be part of the Customer Experience Benelux team. In this position you are responsible for implementing the CX Cloud solutions for our customers in EMEA.
As a Junior Consultant you will be trained (in-class or e-training or shadowing) on technology, processes and/or products.
The goal is to begin working with one or two senior consultant on projects and step by step acquire autonomy on projects
Support and advise existing customers in the optimal use of the CX Cloud products and related business
Working with existing and new customers to understand their requirements and deliver the perfect solution for their needs
Work closely with other departments (e.g. Client Success Managers, Customer Care, Hosting, Development and Sales)
Running workshop sessions analyzing client requirements and recommending future state process and solution design
Design and document solutions to automate business processes and satisfy requirements with Oracle CX.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in developing OO PHP, experience in .NET is a plus
Good understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts, web services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, data models.
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation
Strong communication skills
Flexibility to travel (international)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch (other languages are a pre)
Self-starting / entrepreneurial mindset

Junior consulting position for those who are continuing to develop their expertise. Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.
As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.
1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
