Senior Expert Services Specialist
The Oracle Marketing Cloud Professional Services team provides the strategic, education/training, creative and technical services that enables our customers to succeed at modern marketing.
The Expert team, achieves this vision by offering a subscription service designed to accelerate time to value. Expert Consultants will regularly meet with customers and through an approach of advisory/training/configuration, keep them focused on results and adoption of technology.
As a member of the Expert team, you have deep knowledge of the Eloqua platform and understand how it can be leveraged to drive value for a marketing organization. You enjoy building relationships in a client-facing role and are effective at presenting to a senior executive audience. Being a member of the Professional Services team, your success is based on your consultative and collaborative approach to managing a portfolio of customers and ensuring success in the Oracle Marketing Cloud.
With a focus on your B2B marketing background, draw from your experience and provide Best Practices to provide a clear path for customers to drive more value from Eloqua
Leverage your Eloqua product knowledge and best practices to collaborate with customers to assist in architecting campaigns, automated programs or other areas
Manage expectations and delegate share of work effectively to drive success while staying within scope of the service
Excellent communication ability to effectively communicate ongoing progress to clients and management
Run multiple accounts and projects
Ability to facilitate a customer requirements process, and then work with the client to build out those requirements to our platform
Ability to collaboratively transfer product knowledge and best practices to clients Ability to develop the necessary supporting documentation that allows the customer to understand and maintain assets, programs or processes designed and delivered through the service
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5 to 7 yrs Modern Marketing experience
1 year deep experience in Eloqua (certification required)
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and support skills
Exceptional client services with a consultative approach
High energy and ambition to drive success for customers
Proficiency with IT/software solutions design, configuration, and implementation Deep technology experience in B2B software, CRM and marketing automation is a very strong asset
Post Secondary Education in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is an asset.

Member of an expert services team who is responsible for delivering a quality solution in a timely manner, on budget and to a client
- s satisfaction. Responsible for delivering a set of services and key deliverables that match customer specifications. Key responsibilities include the development, testing, and launching of marketing programs.
Senior consulting member of the Expert Services team who provides expert services both as an individual and a team member. Takes direction from senior team members and management to ensure quality marketing deliverables for Oracle customers. Has advanced subject matter expertise in marketing programs and campaigns. Has the ability to develop, coordinate, test, and launch standard/advanced interactive marketing programs using the Oracle Marketing platform for on-time, on-budget, and error free project deliverables. Takes an active role in guiding junior team members and leading projects. Can actively manage and resolve customer escalation, project scope issues, and technical challenges. Reviews project requests from clients to determine how to implement using established processes and best practices, or scope production specifications for custom projects.
