Therefore this role is critical in supporting the sales leads in the Netherlands managing a team responsible for the sales forecasts, analysis, quarterly business reviews as well as leading strategy at a macro economic level and understanding addressable markets for Oracle’s core solutions within the regions vertical market
We need a mix of both strategic and analytical thinking, someone has lead change projects and developed strategy as well as someone who can interpret numbers and make meaningful assessments of them for the sales leadership.
Key Result Areas
Supporting the Sales Director in preparing strategic assessments
Consolidate and analyze a complete financial picture of the business.
Provide pivotal metrics that drive decision making
Ensure process consistency within the region and assist with building out Best Practices
Assist with integration activities as needed
Track Management dashboards
Assist performing competitive analysis
Support recruiting and manage subcontracting process
Manage a team of 4
Experience & educational/knowledge requirements
Proven track record of supporting Sales organizations. Manage day to day business and support it through aggressive growth.
6 years of experience working in a Consulting operations role, with at least 2 years in Managerial position
Previous management experience is required
Knowledge of Oracle processes, operations, tools and guidelines preferable
Expertise with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Demonstrated initiative in an unstructured environment with multiple projects & priorities
Proven ability to work in a team environment
Fluent English and Dutch

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency. Provides business practices and processes. Drives policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization
- s operational and financial business objectives. Provides analysis and advice to management in the areas of operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and/or contracts. May also be responsible for administration, knowledge management, and/or communications.
Develops and monitor PandL forecasts. Develops and monitor metrics to measure other key performance indicators and group performance. Performs competitive analysis. Creates pricing strategy and cost accounting (business modeling) for projects. Reviews contracts for terms, pricing and approvals. Work with account team to close deals. Interfaces with client to resolve contract/delivery disputes. May be responsible for directing resource management staff, ensuring maximum utilization. May be involved with compensation and bonus process. Manage at least two direct reports.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired.
