Job Mission

The Manufacturing Integration Architect’s goal is to specify, assess, integrate and verify work preparation (including sequence) to meet the Cycle Time (CT) specifications for the EUV Factory.

Job Description
  • Contribute to the System performance specifications(SPS)/System design specifications(SDS) (owner is System Engineering):
  • Design of the high level sequence blueprint.
  • Definition of the budget breakdown and Product Breakdown Structure (PBS) for Cycle Time.
  • Perform the impact analyses towards cycle time, blueprint and work preparation based on the PBS by organizing process FMEA’s
  • Create the manufacturing integration strategy, defining how to mitigate the identified risks on proto and pilot systems. Align this strategy with the functional integration strategy and configuration integration strategy.
  • Review the functional EPSs from D&E; projects to secure the cycle time requirements are properly cascaded.
  • Create the high level manufacturing sequence that can be used as input for the sequence engineering team.
  • Create the overview of the technical project status towards Key Decisions in the ASML Product Generation Process, representing the Integration Cluster for Cycle Time (IC-07).
  • Close the feedback loop for cycle time from specifications (SDS) via design (sequence) to actuals (execution) and back.
  • Analyze and support system level sequence and work preparation issues.
Education

Masters or PhD work level in technical engineering with experience or background in integration of complex equipment.

  • Knowledge on system level (generalist).

  • Able to communicate on different levels.

The DE (Development & Engineering) P&I; (Performance & Integration) System Integration (SI) department is responsible for defining and driving the system integration of new products/options for full functional machine and performance qualification within time to market target. The DE P&I; SI EUV Manufacturing group within this department is responsible for ensuring the complex HW and SW deliverables are industrialized towards Manufacturing. All with the end goal of meeting the Cycle Time (CT) specifications to enable High Volume Manufacturing. Validating the Cycle Time specifications in early stages during Integration is key for success.
