In your role as a Quality Specialist you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting Quality management with the focus on maintenance of existing certifications, to improve the quality level and efficiency;

  • Internal audits;

  • Set up special handling instructions and procedures, taking care of implementation;

  • Leading project in the area of special handling (convert customer requirements into internal processes);

  • Making Risk Analyses within the meaning of Risk management, FMEA;

  • Process analyses and taking care of process improvement;

  • Experience in handling 5S;

  • Development of supplier quality;

  • Supporting in other quality related activities.

We are looking for an enterprising, independent, an enthusiastic person, with a “hands-on” state of mind. You have finished an MBO/ HBO education and you have at least 2 years practical experience with quality background in a logistic or production environment. Having experience and a certification for handling internal audits is a plus. We expect good capability of the English language in speaking and writing, Dutch and German is a plus. Next to that we ask diplomatic communication skills towards customers and suppliers and you are able to drive processes forward. Furthermore, you should be able to handle the Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Visio is a plus). Work experience and knowledge of 5S, Kaizen or other Quality technics would be preferred. You feel comfortable in an environment where working accurately, problem solving, continuous improving and working as a team are the main driving concepts.
