The role will focus on managing all the Customer Service activities for our Business Partners, through both the B2B & B2C channels, primarily for the native language region and depending on language skills for customers in other regions. The successful candidate will become the primary contact for selected Business Partners and sales, and may also be asked to work on specific projects. The role requires an active cooperation with multiple departments in Plantronics and so relationship building and people skills are essential
You act as a first point of contact for regular, on-going customer accounts on daily operational matters
You are responsible for resolving operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, returns, and deliveries, invoicing, returns, and financial posts-ales programs, reporting).
You engage with other functions and organizations to resolve issues (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics) as they relate to customer support.
You act as a point of contact for a specialized topic (e.g., order management, special pricing) and trains team members.
You contribute to efforts to optimize current processes, often collaborating with other groups within the company to improve day-to-day activities.
You represent the team as a subject matter expert on internal processes to other functions and organizations.
You handle customers with moderately complex issues, including some "top-tier" customers (customers with strategic importance and complex relationships).
You communicate with both internal and external customers at the individual contributor and management levels.
You provide active sales support to the field sales team and Managers Channel Operations;
You handle (inbound and outbound) calls.
You responsible for projects as assigned.
Will initially receive in-depth training and on-going mentoring. Thereafter, will be expected to work independently and remotely with limited supervision. For more complex or non-standard tasks detailed guidance will be provided where necessary
What do we expect you to bring?
Typically, 2-4 years of related experience (e.g., supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management).
Broad knowledge of the end-to-end process of sales operations.
ERP database knowledge preferable Oracle R12 order management;
Excellent understanding of order management processes within a multinational;
System knowledge on Windows applications;
Skilled with Excel;
Initiating and driving further efficiency improvements;
Fluent (Business) English
Process orientated with an eye for detail;
Developed problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
Strong analytical capabilities with an ability to process and retain large amounts of information;
Able to prioritise daily tasks without compromising key SLA’s or customer satisfaction
Excellent understanding of operation systems;
Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships;
Self-driven and independent;
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
Able to manage own time.
