AngioDynamics Customer Service Representative in Netherlands
Responsible for meeting all requests from customers including the placement of purchase orders, timely shipment of product and requests for information. Will provide outstanding customer service to international and internal customers.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIt is the primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative to meet the needs of ANGIODYNAMICS internal and external customers with efficiency and courtesy. It is imperative that an outstanding attitude is maintained at all times. The focus of concentration is on the timely shipment of customer orders and documentation of sales.Is expected to demonstrate initiative in serving the needs of all customers by thoroughly researching to resolve issues and drive process improvements.Is committed to developing a close working relationship with the ANGIODYNAMICS Sales Representatives and other Customer Service Representatives to convey information about potential and committed sales orders.Works in cooperation with Production Planning, the ANGIODYNAMICS sales force and distributors in the tracking of orders placed and any special pricing considerations.Is expected to demonstrate initiative in serving the needs of all customers regardless of whether the information requested is readily available or not.Issues RMA numbers to customers and forwards information to Customer Service team lead on a daily basis.Shared responsibility with other Customer Service Reps.Will cross-train with other Customer Service Reps on all aspects of position on an ongoing basis.Works on special projects as required.Provide sales and marketing administration and operational support; including sample expense management tools, new product release progress reports, competitive cross reference data, inventory availability and substitution reports.May perform other duties as assignedRegulatory ResponsibilitiesManages in order to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory/legal requirementsQUALITY SYSTEMS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIndividual Contributor - Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
Education & Experience
Associate's Degree in related field requiredBachelor's degree preferredEquivalent work related experience acceptable in lieu of degreeMinimal 3 years of demonstrated experience in customer service, commercial operations project support experience required.
Speak and write fluently English plus a second European language fluently.Proficient in the following computer software applications: Oracle, Microsoft Office, SalesForce.comExceptional interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
