Business Unit : Orthopaedics Department : Trauma + Extremities Location : Europe

The Job's Mission

The Manager “Client Value Programs” will establish programs and the business model to enable the Trauma & Extremitity division in Europe to support the growth of sales and market share.

The programs are customer centered programs which enable the customer to be more efficient in their processes with the aim to benefit their patient, clinical outcomes and cost. The business model must focus on the overall profitability but takes as well legal and compliance standards into account. The Client Service Manager is able to provide recommendations that are consistent with the client strategy and corresponds to the client’s business and geography.

Key Activities & Accountabilities

The Manager will be a member of the European Trauma and Extremity team and of the European Market Development Team

  • Establishing clinical path way program offering for clinical indication such as e.g. geriatric fracture.

  • Including selection, vetting and management of third party party/company offering clinical pathway service

  • Contact with customer to align and execute programs together with the customer.

  • Cooperation with the US SPS team to leverage programs and exchange experiences

  • Cooperation with EU Market Development and other divisions to share experiences

  • English and French language areas as primary focus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop frame work Value programs with our customers to improve processes with the aim to increase clinical and/or financial efficiencies.

  • Plan and execute the adaptation and implementation of the value added framework together with hospitals

  • Facilitate the various implantation phases within the hospital

  • Develop monitoring tools/dashboard to measure the efficiencies of the implemented programs

  • Develop a business model that ensures overall profitability

  • Cooperate with multiple internal stakeholders and share experiences

  • Management of Value Added program implementation at customer.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

•Degree educated, University degree is desirable

•Fluency in English

•Fluency in French or German and another European language is desirable

Experience:

The ideal candidate should have proven track record in process or lean management in the hospital environment.

  • Leadership and business acumen capabilities.

  • Proven experience of conducting situation analysis to implementation and tracking of improvements

  • Demonstrated experience in strong commercial/financial acumen.

  • Experienced in the Health Care industries and in the Health Economics dynamics
