Facilitate commercial growth in the Netherlands by supporting the 6 divisions in their daily commercial activities.
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is a problem-solving expert who provides real-time support to Sales & Marketing teams in the 8 Stryker Divisions, and other key activities to support local execution of sales and marketing strategies in the Netherlands.
Events & Congresses: prepare upfront, manage any congress-related material (printouts, stands, promotional items, etc.) and coordinate events onsite.
Samples management: Maintain accurate sample inventory including lending/return records and annual sample stock take.
Vendors coordination: Maintenance vendors in the system, creation of purchase orders.
Coordination of training activities for HCPs and Stryker employees: enrolment of participants to courses, coordination of the logistics (registration forms, hotel bookings, flight arrangements, transfers, CCD), and main point of contact for the participants.
Maintenance of training records, certifications and refreshers.
Administration support for the roll-outnew customers after winning deals.
General day-to-day clerical support to the business team.
Degree level would be preferable
A busy multiple stakeholder’s environment, candidate must have strong communication skills and high-energy.
