As GBPO Order to Cash (O2C) you are responsible to create the new standard for Philips by developing capabilities for all businesses in which our integrated supply chains, manufacturing and service processes will perform up to industry standards, with industry leading quality, and deliver a great customer experience with excellent delivery and services. You are responsible for the design and deployment of Philips Business System (PBS) in the O2C area, meaning sustainable business processes, enabled by IT solutions, adequate master data and organizational design.
You are responsible for
Design, Develop, implement and drive continuous improvements of the standardized business processes and capabilities in the order to Cash (O2C) area, which is composed out of:
Strategy to supply chain;
Order to Fulfillment, Fulfillment to cash;
Forecast to Plan;
Plan to Finished goods;
Request to Resolution;
Lead the Order to Cash Design Authority to safeguard content is designed according the strategic directions, in a lean end-to-end way for purpose and fit, according the Philips Excellence Operating Principles
Drive development of the Philips Business System that includes the Lean practices, Philips Excellence Process Framework, standard Philips Quality Management System and Philips Integrated IT Landscape
Drive standardization, develop innovative solutions and drive the ‘digital’ agenda with rigorous focus on productivity, customer responsiveness, quality and excellence
Capability development in collaboration with business groups, IT and EIM, BPM CoE and Philips University team to deliver integrated designs and business solutions
Keeps up to date with industry standard and benchmarks and implements process best practices to the organization
Actively interact throughout the organization to drive change
You are a part of
You will be reporting into the Chief Operations Officer and will be part of the Operations Leadership Team.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Process and information driven professional with focus on high impact business transformation by standardization and innovation in the Operations area on global scale
15+ years of Experience in a Supply Chain and Manufacturing environment in a fast-paced technology industry
10+ years of proven knowledge and experience manufacturing process improvements
Experience in business process management, optimization and process (re)design
Proven record of accomplishment in managing implementation of complex programs and motivation of teams
Strong stakeholder influencing and communication skills.
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma programs and technics
APICS certification is a plus
