The Under Armour EU Ecommerce team is looking for a Junior Digital Analyst within Ecomm team. In this role, you will support and provide insights for various stakeholders, define key metrics and use data to measure the performance of key business initiatives and new and existing features and functionality.
The ideal candidate is a self-professed data professional who cares deeply about the customer experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable blazing your own path and operating in a highly ambiguous environment.
Create reports and dashboard for Ecomm stakeholders
Work with performance marketing team to optimize campaigns, drive quality traffic and increase ROI
Collaborate with content merchandising team to improve onsite performance and boost conversion rate and AOV
Perform in-depth analysis on products and provide recommendations on cross-sell and up-sell
Identify impact of marketing strategies, onsite campaigns and audience behaviors, and interpret findings into timely and actionable recommendations
Participate in financial forecast and P&L through collaboration with Finance team
Maintain and support Omniture data integrity/validation. Coordinate tagging for new site content and functionality and tracking parameter implementations.
Coordinate the execution of A/B tests for web & mobile, analyze test results and determine winner implementation.
Proactively try out new analytics tools
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Statistics or a technical/quantitative field.
1 -2 years reporting/analysis experience at an online retailer, ecommerce setting, digital agency or equivalent experience.
Working experience with digital analytics solutions (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar).
Understanding of web analytics code and working with developers to define requirements, implement code and validate data is a plus
Strong proficiency in Excel. Tableau and SQL experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
