Palo Alto Networks is looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our Talent Operations team as a Talent Acquisition Experience Coordinator in our Netherlands office. This is a one year fixed term contract.


  • Manage high volume interview scheduling for our international teams, including all candidate travel

  • Manage offer letter generation and account creation process for EMEA hires including: candidate & hiring manager welcome emails & laptop/IT requests for all new hires

  • Provide proactive guidance & communication to candidates, interview teams & hiring managers as it relates to the interview scheduling, logistics, timing & legal requirements throughout the hiring process

  • Partner with the recruiters & hiring managers to achieve an efficient, accurate & high touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting & onboarding lifecycle

  • Actively maintain and update regional talent acquisition operations training guides & standard operating procedures documents

  • Greet all interview candidates & ensure a positive white glove candidate experience for all onsite interviews

  • Ad hoc reporting from our applicant tracking system

  • In region subject matter expert for recruiting tools to provide real time help with trouble shooting & resolving challenges

  • Extension of talent acquisition operations team to assist in quarterly training and inform HQ team on process improvements

  • Act as the Amsterdam representative for our contingent staffing team in partnership with PRO Unlimited our onsite provide, which includes maintaining region specific data in WAND, generating reports as needed & working with hiring managers as the liaison for temporary requisitions

  • Partner with our Employment Brand leader on regional content to support our global strategy. You will leverage our external social channels and play a part in enhancing our candidate attraction & engagement to applying to our open jobs.

  • Publish content according to editorial calendar regionally to support larger employer brand strategy.

  • Work in close partnership with candidate attraction & candidate engagement specialists to execute on initiatives related to niche roles and diversity efforts. Across our social properties by responding to candidates on social platforms to enhance the candidate experience with timely engagement


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity & maintains confidentiality.

  • Flexible & able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands & deadlines

  • Detail oriented; able to “connect dots” to see the bigger picture of related issues & solutions.

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient at handling high volumes of work & multi-tasking.

  • Proficient in use of MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel & Word

  • Experience with Jobvite or other ATS preferred
