We currently have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Associate within our ECR Inside Sales team based in The Hague. Responsibilities & Profile of an Inside Sales Associate (ISA)

The ISA works closely with the sales team to enable the effiecient use of our three-phase Relationship Based Sales (RBS) process, including activities such as:

  • Prepare simple presentations, letters and letter proposals

  • Updates/formatting of CVs for proposal submissions

  • Input Call reports in CSP

  • Set up SharePoint sites for opportunities

  • Print handouts/presentations/proposals

  • Maintain/update BD calendar and vacation schedule with meetings and absences

  • Administrative activities for the Sales team

  • Act as the first point of contact / host to visitors, customers and colleagues

  • Ensure that all sales documents comply with our identity program style and format (logo, color, etc.)

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, seminars, and Jacobs training courses and ensure sales meeting rooms and common areas with their respective facilities are promptly organized; presentable for our clients at all times

  • Organize and maintain efficient stock of office supplies and tools

Qualifications

  • Minimum college HBO level. 3 years’ experience in working in an engineering, construction or related business is preferred

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English

  • High tolerance in working under pressure, handling multiple tasks with strict deadlines while maintaining focus on accuracy and attention to detail

  • Stable, hands-on team player

  • Ability to effectively manage own time and ability to work overtime when necessary

  • Expected to operate with minimal supervision, prioritizing own workload and proactively informing the Sales Management of workload issues.

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, open, service minded and spontaneous working attitude and communication style.

  • Ability to protect sensitive and proprietary information
