In this challenging role you drive the execution and maintenance of reporting/analysis portfolio working closely with sales and marketing teams, at headquarter and at market level. You pin down marketing and sales topics through analysis of reports and advise on business challenges and opportunities. You proactively propose improvements, establish key performance metrics, monitors them and review marketing and sales concepts on their efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching less experienced colleagues within the team.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be to:
Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators for Marketing and Sales at various levels, internal and external
Create relevant management and ad hoc reports and produce management decks to support various commercial events.
Perform analysis and draw conclusions; have an advisory role towards Marketing and Sales
Liaise with the relevant stakeholders, seek for quality and efficiency improvements
Lead projects linked to sales and marketing reporting and analytics
Enterprise Information Management (EIM) is a key ingredient of the Philips Lighting to bring capabilities needed for real time and relevant data that a connected enterprise requires.
Reporting and Insights department is part of EIM and is responsible to ensure the top-down and bottom-up alignment of the analytics value chain from the Philips management agenda. We are looking for
As least 5 years of experience within the similar role
Education: Master in information technology, Sales or Marketing
Strong experience with SAP BW, HANA and SAP
Understanding of the benefits of data warehousing, data architecture, data quality processes, fact and dimension tables, and data modelling.
Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills
