Philips ICAP Installed Base Marketing Programs Manager in Eindhoven, Netherlands

  • Increase ICAP/Philips share of wallet within existing installed base of customers by developing targeted lead generation campaigns (upsell/cross-sell)

You are responsible for

  • Increase ICAP/Philips share of wallet within existing installed base of customers by developing targeted lead generation campaigns (upsell/cross-sell).

  • Coordinate the execution of these installed base campaigns ensuring traffic generation, nurturing and customer acquisition across various channels (e-mail, webinar, web, SEO, paid search, CRM, e-commerce, etc.).

  • Drive central installed base sales automation and represent ICAP in global commercial programs.

  • Establish a long-term B2B e-commerce strategy complementing existing sales channels, together with external and internal stakeholders.

  • Increase contracts penetration across existing customer base and define proof points supporting customer decisions to sign/renew service contracts.

  • Turn EOL process into a commercial opportunity.

  • Drive commercial innovation by introduction and deployment of new value proposition and business models.

  • Inspire and promote thought leadership by bringing new & innovative low-touch sales tactics to our existing marketing and sales approach.

  • Develop customer intimacy and drive usage with the support of clinical life-cycle managers

  • Drive and support cross-business synergies in the domain of sales and marketing.

  • Challenge the teams across Healthcare Informatics to drive continuous improvement. Always optimizing for improved financial performance and customer experience.

You are a part of

We are a small and focused group of senior professionals from a variety of backgrounds who use lean principles and an Agile mindset to continuously raise the bar for business performance. Our mission is to make our global ICAP business excellent in every sense and to enable the sales organizations to perform and be successful. You will report to the International Sales and Marketing Director – ICAP, located in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. In addition to the core commercial ICAP team, you will be working with an extensive team across APAC, EMEA and LATAM.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor (or higher) in marketing or business administration

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role, with a solid B2B background in digital marketing and low-touch sales models

  • Expertize in sales (lead) conversion generation and digital analytics and innovation

  • Experience with marketing programs management

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Hospital IT and radiology preferred

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within a global organization

  • Experienced in working effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural / geographically diverse environment

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, highly driven and self-motivated with pro-active approach to work

  • Strong personal communication skills, be able to inspire, convince and mobilize people

  • Fluent in English, additional languages would be a plus
