Laboratory software engineer , responsible for programming the lab soft software ”ATLAS”.

  • We are looking for a full stack software engineer that will be part of our European automotive test lab team. The testing team is responsible for the validation of our products and development of tools for advanced testing & automation. Internally, a Lab Information Management System has been developed for managing the substantial amounts of information and test data associated with our testing in the labs. This is a web application, which can be accessed globally by for example test engineers, design engineer and project managers, to view information about sensor measurements, test planning, equipment scheduling, KPI’s, etc. As a full stack software engineer, you will be responsible for developing new features and extending existing capabilities of the system. This covers the front-end and back-end code, as well as database modifications/extensions.   • Design / Debug the proprietary laboratory software ”ATLAS” .

  • Use modern software suites and methods for the Frontend and Backend design.

  • Participate in reviews and workshops as required.

  • Work together with the responsible design engineers and test engineers.

  • English language skills mandatory

  • Knowledge of the tools for Front-end development or willingness for training:

  • Javascript (specifically Sencha ExtJS framework, HighCharts/HighStock)

  • HTML

  • CSS

  • Knowledge of the tools for Back-end development or willingness for training:

  • SQL (specifically PostgreSQL)

  • PHP

  • Ability to travel in Europe. (max. 4 times a year) destination : Bulgaria, UK, U.S.A
