As our Digital Enablement Specialist, you will support the EMEA Digital Go To Market team in its effort to serve our Sales Teams and Retail Customers in the most relevant and premium way. You will have the most rare opportunity to develop and implement new innovative solutions supporting all Nike showrooms in the region, with the extra focus on future content creation.

To execute against our ambitious goals to create the future of sell-in at Nike, we need a specialist in the team passionate about innovation, with high affinity to technology and its applications, as well as strong creative skills. You will work across multiple stakeholders locally and globally, supporting key strategic events, locations and initiatives. Your ability to convey complex business and technical concepts into understandable language for all internal and external stakeholders will be the key to success.

Responsibilities for this position include:

CREATE THE FUTURE: Digital Enablement Nike Retail Labs and Showrooms:

  • Support research, POC and roll-out of Showroom of the Future concept across EMEA

  • Develop and maintain a strong connection to, and understanding of key category and cross-category stories, products & technologies for a successful concepting and POC phase

  • Ensure delivered hardware and software solutions (e.g. 3D samples, Digital Mannequins, VR and other) are user friendly, efficient and relevant to the end users

  • Be the owner of vendor and agency partnership database [past, present, future]

  • Conduct regular research on new technology and innovation in the market, bring new ideas to the table

FUEL WITH CONTENT: Commercial Content Studio Operations:

  • Lead the operations of the photo studio on Nike EHQ campus to ensure enablement of local commercial content production, supporting category teams and strategic account needs

  • Own Studio inventory management: space, samples, equipment, props, other

  • Support the Content Production team before, during and after photoshooting days

  • Test and deploy new types of content (3D samples, VR, 360, other)

EXECUTE TODAY: Innovation in Sales - support and maintenance:

  • Be the expert on all innovation [hardware, software, services and connectivity] implemented across Retail Labs and Showrooms; understand the AV set up and functionality of IT specific equipment available in the spaces to ensure quick identification of possible problems on site and activate the support model

  • Provide continuous training to users [tech service teams included] on applications, solutions and processes implemented across retail labs and showrooms

  • Create, update and share relevant manuals/training videos to ensure self-service support to end users for implemented solutions

  • Provide proactive seasonal first and/or second line of support; escalate as necessary and ensure issues resolution

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • 3 years professional experience in technology, e-commerce, business development or related field

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Commerce, Marketing Management, Technology or related

  • Experience in Digital Production (web, app, mobile, other)

  • Familiarity with augmented reality, virtual reality and 3D scanning

Other requirements:

  • Video Editing skills (Final Cut Pro) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, other) experience

  • Solid proven PC hardware knowledge including troubleshooting and assembly

  • Knowledge of basic interaction and UI design

  • Understanding of branding principles and content creation process

  • Strong communicator & team player

  • Proven ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results

  • Pro-active problem solver with the ability to assess a challenge and develop action steps for resolution; out of the box thinking brining new ideas to the table

  • Ability to lead teammates not being direct reports, including external resources

  • Fluent English – written & verbal, other language a plus
