ASML is looking for a very ambitious team lead that can build a growing Service Management team, focus on Control Tower processes. Are you capable of continuously assessing the Customer Supply Chain on risks or opportunities and deliver impact that is valuable for our customers.
Leading a growing team with expert analysts that can manage supply chain improvement. Set-up and improve processes to drive continuously improvements throughout the Supply Chain of ASML. Identify risks for underperformance or for opportunities to further reduce costs and align with your stakeholders. Your team is responsible for creating a weekly overview to enable visibility within our supply chain and discuss priorities together with key stakeholders in the customer value chain.
Develop and grow team structure
Define the methodology for creating visibility in supply chain from Control Tower perspective
Highlight deviations in usage that are resulting in change of forecast; convincing the organization to take appropriate actions
Participate and lead improvement project within the service supply chain
Prepares and facilitates the service supply chain control tower processes
Relevant Master degree (e.g Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Supply chain or Engineering).
A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, decision making skills, change management skills, people management skills and project management skills
Has 5 to 10 years’ experience in supply chain planning (demand and/or supply)
Experience with data mining/data analytic techniques
Result oriented, convincing, pro-active and “can do” mentality
Analytical, pro-active personality taking initiative
Business sense, commercial attitude and customer-focus
Structured way of working (eye for detail)
Is able to both, speak and write, English fluently
Is flexible, has no 9 to 5 mentality

Context of the position
The Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) department is responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with customers. System downtime costs customers up to a million USD per day so SLAs are extremely tight, with downtime waiting for parts and tools limited to as little as 20 minutes per system per week. CSCM manages such challenges in a global network with thousands of unique spare parts and delivers true customer satisfaction through differentiated and affordable logistics services. ASML’s aggressive time-to-market strategy and increasing system functionality means machines are often upgraded at the customer during their lifetime. CSCM’s highly educated workforce drives planning and execution of the logistics aspects of commercial upgrades, field change orders, machine shipments and transfers.
