DHL Express, Inc. CMF Analyst in Netherlands
The CMF (customer master file) analyst is contributing to the support on and delivery of CMF related processes and enablers.
The CMF analyst supports the department with respect to the detailed analysis for standard change requests, non-standard change requests, incidents, problems and projects.
The CMF analyst provides centrally coordinated support to DHL Express and its Business Partners, centrally manages the Requests for Change (RfC) process, analyzes and manages the implementation
of new processes and enablers and manages projects, in close cooperation with the Business IT, ITS and Business Division organizations. It continuously improves Order to cash processes using Six Sigma methodology. The CMF Analyst secures business continuity and delivers improved operational effectiveness against evolving business requirements. The CMF Analyst strives for process
standardization and harmonization.
CMF background and experience is a pre (1-3 years)
Expert functional knowledge and basic technical knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and related processes
Education: Master degree or equivalent by experience
High level understanding of other business partners and domains (e.g. Controlling, Procurement, Operations, Sales & Marketing, etc.)
Experience in analyzing/managing data using Microsoft Excel or Access
Knowledge of other DP DHL financial applications (e.g. GRP, PAS, CAH, NBR, GRE, OMS, GO,GCDB, ) is a bonus
Willingness to work across different functional domains and systems
Prepared to gain knowledge about Prince II foundation
Prepared to gain knowledge about ITIL
Fluent in English
Willing to travel globally
