Job Description / Information
To support the growth of Stryker Netherlands, we are recruiting a talented Field Sales representative to develop Endoscopy equipment sales. The territory will be defined with the successful candidate.
You will be responsible for selling large capital deals like Endoscopy camera equipment and related disposable business and expand Sports Medicine disposable sales. Key responsibilities are to identify, follow up and successfully deliver Endoscopy capital deals in the Netherlands, maintain and expand the Sports Medicine sales.
This encompasses in particular:
Prospection, informing customer on our products, run demonstrations
Making offers based on expectations/needs of the customer in concert with physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation
Conducting price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of in-house guidelines, up to contract conclusion
Organizing and conducting trainings, surgical/theatre participation, view surgeries and workshops
Controlling all the resources and materials of his related sales area. Optimization of the resources.
Regular reporting to Regional Sales Manager or Sales Director, on the evolution of the sales, and adaptation to the circumstances of the market.
Experience in a similar position with Sports medicine, Visualisation, Imaging is preferred,
Excellent influencing skills and communications skills,
Ability to build and expand relationships with different customers (Decision Making Units) in a hospital, predominantly National Key Opinion Users and end users in general.
Persisting talent, selling, and multi tasking skills, strong hunting sales approach for new business and maintain current disposable business.
Technical insight and problem solving attitude are key in this position.
Successful experience of developing a market and over achieving target

Strong organizational skills, dynamic, professional, pragmatic, driven to succeed and go the extra mile.
Fluency English and Dutch required
Experience in a similar position, working in autonomy
